Hello, thanks for writing in. (I am not sure of your pregnancy status, as this question has been posted in this section and you have not given any details about it). I would suggest you consult an orthopedic surgeon at the earliest, as you need a clinical examination, and investigations (xray/MRI) to evaluate the status of the fracture and development of complications. Proximal humeral neck fractures are prone to complications especially damage to blood vessels/nerves to the arm.
