Can Swollen Nipples With Discharge Be Side Effect Of Zoloft?

My son is 13 and has been on increasing amounts of Zoloft, presently at 100mg per day. He started taking this medicine in the summer. He is now experiencing swollen nipples with discharge. I brought him to the doctor who tested his blood and found raised levels of prolactin. Could this be a side effect of the medicine?

Zoloft is known to cause swollen nipples and discharge with increased prolactin level.
So it may be due to the same.
