Can T I Have Ejaculation Anymore As I Am On Dialysis?

I m a 59 year old white male, I lost my kidneys 7 yrs ago, I ve had 1 transplant that felled last yr. Since then I ve been on home dialysis. Now my wife and I just had sex after about a year and a half with out having no sex. But I still get piss hard on s, although I don t pee, but we though, lets give it a try! she had a great orgasm, but i had none, no felling and no cum. my question is why can t I cum anymore?

Hi,

Getting a hard-on in a chronic disease patient is rate, it may be due to hypertensive medication you use. Consult your nephrologist regarding that. Yes, chronic disease can cause low libido, if you are fine no cardiac issue and your blood pressure are normal you can keep trying for orgasm.
