Understanding your concern. As per your query you have acne and blemishes on your skin which occurs when duct of sebaceous gland get blocked and infected by bacteria .There are many factor that trigger acne formation like hormonal changes ,stress or some medications .I would suggest you to not to prick or touch acne , exfoliate your skin to remove dead skin and bacteria's, wash your face with mild soap twice a day ,avoid over exposure to sun and use over the counter ointment containing benzoyl peroxide (very effective) and azelaic acid . If condition persist 10 days after adopting above method then consult dermatologist for proper evaluation of your condition . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics , isotretinoin containing ointment or procedures like chemical peel or microdermabrassion.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
