Hi,

Do not worry, Vertin ( Betahistine ) is a category B drug that is, it is safe to use in pregnancy.
By Category B we mean that the drug has failed to demonstrate any risk to baby in uterus in studies in pregnant women.

So it will not affect your child. Further we will be doing the 11 weeks scan for fetal nuchal measurements and 20 weeks scan to check for fetal anomalies if any, which can confirm that every thing is fine.

So please do not worry and take Folic acid if you are not already on it.

Hope this helps.
Regards.
