Can Taking Zyrtec D And Nasal Steroid Spray Be Safe For Sinus Congestion?

Hello. I have been having alot of sinus congestion and pressure in my nose. I went to the doctor and was prescribed Zyrtec D and put on nasal steroid spray. I also began using Breathe Right Nasal Strips. I used the nasal strip for too long (22 hrs) and when I pulled it off, my nose was extremely sore where the strip was. It has been sore for 3 days. It has gotten only a little bit better. What can I do to help the soreness? It feels absolutely awful!
