Can Taking A Healthy Diet And Exercise Lower Cholesterol Naturally?

My Tryglicerides are good my good cholesterol is good but my cholesterol is 263. First time in my life it’s never been over 200. Can I try diet and exercise I am very overweight and possibly get it under control? My sugar is good my thyroid is good nothing else is flagged on my lab work at that cholesterol.
