Can Taking Antibiotics For Treating Ear And Throat Infection Cause Scanty Menstrual Flow?

3 weeks ago I had protected sex and he came outside of me with the condom intact. A week later I got an ear infection and were prescribed antibiotics, two weeks went by and I got a strep throat and were prescribed cephalexin 500 mg 4 times a day. I’ve been having a very very light period. Is this because of my sickness? Or is it worse.
