Hi,
Welcome to healthcare Magic!
Your BP is borderline high and needs appropriate medication.
The olmesartan and telmisartan doses you have taken are inappropriate.
Everybody is afraid of a heart attack but there is no one pill that can fit all.
It is advisable that you visit a local physician who will search the risk factors with you and then will advise appropriately.
I hope the advise would be informative and useful for you.
Take Care!
