Can Talking To Unconscious Patient With Non Responding Brain Wake Him Up?

My friend got accident on the road while he drive motor bike. now he is unconscious condition for the past 3 days. According to Dr, they brain is not responding and kept in the ventilator. they have planned to test the brain tomorrow and further decision will make based on it. Is there any chances to wake-up the brain by talking with patient or any other way? The age of the patient is 26 and not married male

It is still unknown if these external stimuli in cases of deep coma, help in awakening or not. It could be tried since there is a known fact that there is no harm, but the situation seems unpredictable. Get an opinion from the treating Doctor for these issues.
