Can Tenderness And Pain In Area Of Ovary Be Considered Normal After Undergoing A Surgery For Removal Of Tumour?

So I had surgery about 2 months ago because I had a tumor in my right ovary (was about the size of a tennis ball) and caused my ovary to twist. I had the tumor and part of my ovary removed and I am now feeling some intermittent sharp/stabbing pain in the area of my right ovary and that area has become very tender to the touch. I don't want to go to the ER b.c i don't know if this is just part of the healing process or not because this has just started happening within the past few days .. what should I do because it feels like the kind of pain that I was having before I had the surgery ..

Hi, It can happen in few individuals, However it is advised to get a scan done to rule out remote possibilities of infection/ fluid collection..
