Can Testicles Trauma Cause Lower Abdomen Pain And Cramping During Ejaculation?
I have a pain in my lower abdomen during ejaculation. This pain is also in my left teste during ejaculation. It almost feels like a charlie horse or cramp. I sustained a hard hit in the testicles about a week ago, could the trauma cause this? No pain prior to the hit.
Hi. Thanks for your query. Testicle trauma can cause lower abdominal pain and cramping during ejaculation; yes, it can. This is mediated through the nerves as a reflex phenomenon. I would advise you the following: Get an ultrasonography and color doppler of the scrotum and the abdomen particularly for genito-urinary system and see if there are attendant problems too or not. Consult an Urologist for clinical evaluation, actual examination and further treatment which may be in the form of an antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicines. Have proper scrotal support.
