Can The Ailment Be Diagnosed Through A Blood Test While Experiencing Fever Every Morning And Evening?
I am 40 years old in have backache from 2nd September and light fever at morning and evening. So I have taken ultracet tablet once in a day. On 4th September I have a severe headache at night so I can t sleep till 3 o clock. On 5th September I went to pathology for TLC /DLC,ESR, HB. My reports are mentioned as under HB 11.3% TLC 5800 Polymorph 60% Lymphocytes 35% Monocyte 4% Eosinophil 1% Basophil 0 ESR 18% I have shown this report to Dr. She said it may be Typhoid therefore I want to know from you about its confirmation and medication

In typhoid usually total count low but your count is normal.
Second in typhoid vomiting, abdominal pain etc might present which is not present in your case.
Kindly provide associated complaint if present for giving more comment.
For typhoid confirmation blood culture, widal test,
Ig M Elisa etc can be done.
