Sir I m 25 yrs old my all family member are good hight in 17-18 yrs age I m also good hight and growthing well but suddenly I started mastrubuting from those days my growth stopped can I increase my hight sir I m very disappointed from my hight plz help me sir can any capsules are available for increase hight plz help me

The gain in height occurs with peak growth between 14 or 15 years of age continues till a certain age but stops thereafter. So, the chances are that your epiphyses are already sealed by now and you have stopped growing. Therefore your height can no longer be increased. Please note that your masturbation is not related with your height and you need not feel bad about it.
