Can The Left Ankle Swelling Be Due To Sun Poisoning?
my left ankle is swollen and there are several broken cappularies showing on the top of my foot near the ankle, muscle of my calf feels hard and warmer than my other leg.....i had severe sun poisoning last august where my legs were purple blistered and swollen, the doctor gave me a shot of steroids, and the left leg is still swelling,can it still be from the sun poisoning

There is a possibility that past medical history may have left some remissions of the symptoms. Due to the past medical history, there will be damage to the capillaries and with steroid shot, the pain was handled. As there is the hardness of the calf muscles it can be due to spasm and may happen to due disturbed capillary vascularization.
I will advise doing hot water fermentation if that is not troubling more to the external layer of the body called skin. Post that using stockings for the lower limb which will be up to the mid-thigh region. This will help to reduce the swelling by providing the compression over the muscles and the capillaries. Please keep the limb elevated over the pillow and do ankle to movements and do straight leg raise.
