Can The Results Showing RO - 21 X 14, Endometrium - 6.8 Mm Favorable For Pregnancy?

I am 36 years old, wt 84 kgs, ht - 163 cms. I have done my follicular study test on day 10 and my results are as under:
RO - 21 x 14
Endometrium - 6.8 mm
Dr. gave me a injection and has asked to have intercourse from day 11 to 13 and visit again for follicular study on day 13. Is there any good chance for me to conceive? I am taking femella and COR3 tablets - 1 per day

Hi.Size of follicle is good,slightly earlier than suspected, but endometrial thickness which is more favourable is considered to be around 8mm..Your Dr. has probably given you HCG injection for rupture of follicle and advised you for a trial in next 3 days.May be you conceive. Regarding femella (lipid lowering drug), you might have to stop it . You should take only folic acid tablets in pre- conception period.
