Can The Tiny Solid Things Around Lower Back Be Cancer?

Hi Doctor,

I have many tiny solid things around my lowback and in my both hands . I saw a doctor for many times and they tell me it is a multiple liphoma which is not grouped under cancer types. but i feel fear and also i have pain specialy in my lowback. is it realy not cancer or it is atype of cancer, please advice me what to do?
