Can The Uneven Pupils Be Associated With Vertigo?

My 24 y.o. daughter has been having dizziness with head motion for about a week , along with nausea. I just noticed her left pupil is larger. She has a history of head injury about 2 years ago and had vestibular therapy. I am concerned about the uneven pupils. Can this be associated with vertigo? Should I take her to the ER tonight or is it OK to wait until tomorrow to go to the doctors? Diane K.

u need to suspect something regarding vertigo when associated with pupillary asymmetry
she may need immediate treatment
she need Steroid injection
