I understand your concern and your situation. In my opinion, your husband will not know whether you have done sex before marriage or not.
But the problem is most men think that when a women do sex first time ,she should bleed.
This bleeding of hymen happens in most of women but it does not happen in few when they do sex for first time.Because in some women there is a small hymen and it can be easily ruptured during horse riding, cylindrical tampons used in periods etc.
So, you should convince your husband regarding this bleeding, if he asks you after marriage.
And please be with one partner because by doing sex with many ,you will increase chances of sexually transmitted diseases(STDS)
