Can There Be A Delayed Leg Pain Caused By An Accident?

3 weeks ago I was on a ladder, and the ladder failed and I fell about 3 feet to a hard surface. Everything was OK, but I took a shock to both elbows, and both legs, each near the calf muscle. Xrays were negative, and the elbows and left leg have since healed. However, the right leg, which took a good hit, is still a little sore, and seems to be healing. But what seems to be happening is after 1 week I felt some pain higher up the leg, then that went away. Now I feel some pain even higher up the leg, but below the hip. Nothing constant, and there is no swelling or bruise marks. So I'm curious that after a fall like that can their be delayed pain (so to speak), where it shows up later? Thank You.
