Can Thyroid Inflammation In A Hodgkin S Lymphoma Survivor Be Cancerous?
I am a stage 4 hogkins lymphoma survivor of 16 years. I dip tobaco and just had a visit with my Doctor and she found that my thyroid is very inflamed. So, she made an appointment to see my oncologist because I am having night sweats and very bad dizzy spells. with my b.p sitting at 172/108 and standing it drops to 88/62. Should I be worried? Due to the fact I was given a life span of 5 years with chemo and radiation and its been 16.

Hi I would advise you to do a pet scan follwed by biopsy test. Lymphoma is a curable disease. Chemotherapy needs to be taken.
