Can Tingling And Pulling Sensation In Lower Abdomen, Headache And Tiredness Be Signs Of Pregnancy?

Hi. I have been having tingling/pulling sensations in my lower abdomen and needing to use the toilet more than usual. I have also beem really tired lately and getting headaches. Me and my partner are trying to conceive buy I have just had my period even though it was different than normal. Could I be pregnant?

Thanks for query.
Though missed period is the first symptom in a pregnancy, it is not always mandatory. As you have mentioned that your periods was different than normal please do a urine pregnancy test or a blood test for serum beta hcg in a reputed laboratory. if you are pregnant it will reflect in your blood or urine.
