tolaz and trinicalm are anti psychotics medicnes which is useful to treat schizophrenia

while newen OD and trapex are not useful to treat schizophrenia

so 1st exact diagnoses is necessary

if u have schizophrenia than dose of tolaz should be higher than 5 mg

1. tolaz is a brand of antipsychotic medication olanzapine. this is very effective medication for treating the psychosis of schizophrenia, but as a side effect it causes sedation, excessive sleep, weight gain, gastrointestinal disturbances. but benefits are there that it does not cause neurological side effects, like drug induced parkinsonism.
2. trapex is a brand of lorazepam benzodiazepine, given for sleep to the patient
3. trinicalm plus contains two medications trifluperazine, which is a antipsychotic and trihexyphenidyl which is a anticholinergic drug to prevent the side effects if trifluperazine.
4, newvan od is brand of desvenlafaxine which is a SNRI antidepressant medication, which is used for depression in a patient. your son must be reeiving that one because of some low mood.

as per my view, your son shud be given only one antipsychotic medication in a effective dosage instead of giving two antipsychotics. he shud receive haloperidol 15 mg with trihexyphenidyl 4 mg to prevent the side effects.or he may be given risperidone 6 mg with trihexyphenidyl 4 mg.
trapex is good drug. it shud be given to him.
