hi, my 12 yo son has had a pain just below his left ribcage for a couple of days, its not severe, and we think it was due to a training exercise he had with his fitness coach, he did a couple of 'chin-ups' Just wondering if you agree that this is mose proabably the cause, as there are no other symptoms
Hi! Nothing to worry1 Since the location of pain and absence of other symptoms are pointing to the excessive use of the these muscles during chin ups. This can be due to muscle sprain which will subside or you may use some pain killer ointments to be applied to the affected part with out friction.
Regards!
