Can Treated Cough Cause Tenderness In Upper Body With Nausea?

Im a 22 yr old female. Last week I had a bad cough that eventually came up with yellow mucus. I was given antibiotic and steriods to take for 5 days and my cough mostly went away. Since last night my upper body has felt very tender and im been overheating and sweating (this isn't normal because I'm normally cold) and I feel nauseas now. Will this pass on its own?

hello,thanks for your query, it could be due to side ffects of steroids or antibiotics.even post effects of viral fever also can those symptoms. ucan start tab. pan-d before food(pantoprazole+ domperidone) twice daily. in case of persistent nausea , body pains u need to to some blood tests after consulting a physician.all the best.take care.
