Can Tricort Injection In Spine Given For Cervical Spondylosis Result In Irregular Period? Is It A Uterus Related Issue?

i am a female 42 years old recently devoleped c5 c6 disc cervical spondolysis , suggest me pillow size and i am given tricort inj in the spine, from then i am getting irregular periods and bleeding in the middle of the periods, is it a problem with uterus or a side effect of the treatment, please let me know thank u
