Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain Triglow cream contains Tretinoin,
Hydroquinone and Fluocinolone Acetonide which is a steroid component..
It is true that steroid based creams can reduce pigmentation but long term use can lead to skin thinning, rashes, pimples, increased pigmentation and dilated veins under the skin..
You can stop using Triglow cream and in case if you experience increased darkening of skin you should keep patience as it will improve gradually..
You can use safer methods of
depigmentation like washing your face with
salicylic acid and
glycolic acid containing facewash..
You can apply creams containing Kojic acid, glycolic acid and arbutin..
Apply Vitamin E gel at night..
Exfoliate your skin twice a week using a gentle scrub..
Always apply sunscreen lotion when exposed to sun..
You can also go for treatment like
Microdermabrasion and chemical peeling..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
