Can U Get Syphilis If The Person Does Not Show Any Sores ?

Hi, i was wondering if u had oral sex and the person did not show any sores on the penis could u still contract it?

it depends upon the status of the partner
if he is in active stage then chance of infection from oral sex is there
syphilis has many presentation ,sore is common one
so it is not mandatory that only sore can transmit infection
better to do S.VDRL AND TPHA TEST of both of u if u suspect .
