Can U Suggest Me Treatment For Lump Inside The Arm Above Elbow?

Hi there, I've had an odd pain (like a bruised feeling) for almost a week now right above my elbow on the inside of my arm where the muscle is. Today I felt a lump there and it also feels rigid in that area somewhat. I am 31 in good health and had a physical about 7 months ago that went very well. I have terrible health anxiety these days and constantly worry about something being wrong with me.

I understand your symptoms and your fears. Lymph nodes are normally discreted all around the body and also above and below elbow. some lymph nodes may swell mildly which is as part of normal immune defense reaction. This does not lead you to worry as this will relieve without treatment.
