Can Undue Alcohol Consumption Lead To Pressure Sensation In Head And High Blood Pressure?

Actually I m 23 years old and not a addict to alcohol but 2 months back I had whisky beer vodka and tequila together for the first time nd den aftr I m unable to get my health in order as my head is in pressure and also my bp has rised to 149 giving me anxiety kind of sensation in my whole upper body

what should I do now ,?

any specific treatment I have to under go in order to get back ny daily routine life ?

If you are not a heavy drinker and this was just the one episode then it will not be the cause of your health issues. I suggest you see your doctor for a full health check including your BP. You may then be reassured regarding your health.
