Can Unprotected Intercourse Despite No Ejaculation Lead To Pregnancy?

I am pregnant. 14 weeks, my due date falls in line with March 3, 2018. I was dating two guys around the time I got pregnant. I was with one on June 4, 2017 (Guy A) and with another on June 10/11 (Guy B). My ovulation, date for conception, due date and everything lines up with Guy B. Guy A did not ejaulate at all during our time together and unknown to my knowledge it was because he was on drugs. (Yes, I ve since stopped communication with him). Guy B however did ejaulate inside of me. I know they Guy B is 99.9% chance of being my child s father and maybe I just have a guilty conscious for being with two people so close together because it is very rare and unlike me, but getting a medical opinion would make me feel better and I m kind of embarrassed to bring this up to my own doctor. Thank you in advance for anything advice.

Sometimes it so happens that if there was penetration during the act of intercourse but no ejaculation a girl can still be pregnant because of some of the secretions which get released even before ejaculation. These secretions also contain a few sperms. Hence although very rare pregnancy could happen. The best way to know for sure would be to go I'm for a paternity(DNA) test.
