Can Unprotected Oral Sex Saliva Cause Penis Problems?

hi, so here s the issue in my head. i shaved my penis and got a few cuts on the testicles and on the pubic area. they stopped bleeding and a couple hours later i had unprotected oral sex with a prostitute who seemed fine. vaginal sex was totally protected as i did not miss the condoms. i was wondering if the oral sex and her saliva could cause any trouble as my penis.
