Can Unprotected Sex After Stopping Regestrone Cause Pregnancy?

i m 26 year old female.i had unprotected sex while on regestrone(2nd day dose)..stopped medicine 4th day.had sex after stopping medicine also...is there any possibility of pregnancy...i have pcos and my periods are delayed by 1 month thats why i took this tablet..stopped this medicine 3 days ago

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In.my opinion problem in.PCOD is anovulation.Usually after ovulation progesterone is secreted which acts on the uterine lining and then when it's level goes down menstruation results.So as there is no ovulation in.pcod so no progesterone hormone.So exogenously progesterone is given here rogesterone to bring menses.So there might be no ovum to get fertilized by sperm.So dont worry.Pregnancy is rare.Relax.
