Can Unprotected Sex Lead To Pregnancy?

Hi me and my girlfriend had a unprotected sex sevral times in last few weeks and most of the time i cum inside her but on 29th April I cum inside her 2 to 3 times after that my girlfriend saying that she is feeling like she is going to vomiet anytime during the day dizze cramps tired eating alot her one of the nipple is getting bigger and brests are sore and getting bit darker and yesterday she also missed her period as she was expecting is She pregnant? she is not on birth control pills.

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

If you have had unprotected intercourse and she is not taking contraception pills ,then chances for pregnancy are very high.
Considering the symptoms she is having lately and the fact that she missed her periods , pregnancy is highly likely.

She need to do a home pregnancy test.If the test result is positive then she need to do a blood hcg test and pelvic ultrasound to confirm the pregnancy.
