Welcome to HCM.
You have unprotected sex with spotting off and on, also having cramps.
You should consult Ob/gynecologist as soon as possible to rule out your condition.

Good Day
It could be two possible conditions. A Corpus luteal cyst which is bleeding or an ectopic. Chances of an ectopic may be less in your state. The Corpus luteal cyst may be bleeding inside causing pain and discomfort on your abdomen. The cyst should disappear in 2-3 weeks. Other conditions which can mimic this is endometriosis. You haven't mentioned anything about your Cycles, which if you do I can help you figure out what's going on. It would be best to visit the ER and get an ultrasound to confirm, you may take a Tablet Meftal Spas immediately for the pain.
