Can Unprotected Sex While On Primolut Cause Pregnancy?

I am 29yrs old I took primolut N to delay my periods. Is there any chances of getting pregnant due to unprotected intercourse while taking medicine. I started medicine on 1st july twice a day and my periods were due on 4th july. I took last dose on 5th morning. But I haven t got my periods yet!!! Please suggest..

Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. Ovulation occurs two weeks prior to the onset of the next period and this is the fertile period when conception can occur with an unprotected sexual intercourse. Since you had the intercourse just before your expected period, you are safe. There is no chance of conception. Withdrawal bleeding after hormone medication is seen 3-7 days after the completion of the treatment. If you do not see a period even after ten days, you should seek help from a specialist.
