Can Urinary Tract Infection Cause Chest Pain?

have history of urinary tract infections. drinking cranberry juice often helps. sometimes, though, it does not, and there is pain in the urinary tract area as well as a pain that seems to diffuse upward into the left chest area. The times I've asked doctor there is no explanation for the chest pain, but medication prescribed for infection, clears up the problem. I'm puzzled at the chest pain, however.
