Can Urination Pain, Vaginal And Labia Itching With Hip Pain Be Treated?

Hi, there. I m 18 years old and I ve been having some issues... I recently became sexually active about 2 months ago. I only have had one partner since then. He gave me genital herpes. When I had the sores, it hurt to pee, but now the sores are gone and it still hurts to pee. I have extreme itching around my vaginal opening and my inner labia. There s a a constant pain below my hip on my right side where I assume an ovary is located. Also, I am peeing more often. I have no idea what to do! Please help!
