Can Usage Of Salichlic Acid Wipes On Face Cause Redness And Swelling?
After using salichlic acid wipes on my face for about 3 weeks, I developed extreme redness and swelling and head/face pain. Went to doctor and got methylprednisolone 4mg dospak tablets. On them for 2 days. Had a temperature of 100 this afternoon. Is this normal?
Your skin seems to be reacting to the salicylic acid wipes. You should immediately stop using them . Application of topical steroid agents is required to bring down the allergy , Intake of oral antihistamines and steroids might be needed . Do not apply any other cream or oil over the affected area.
