Dear friend,

You already understand that you used bad judgement by taking the unknown drugs, some of which could be harmful to you and to your baby.

You will be taking tests and ultrasound during the course of your pregnancy. Hopefully, you did not do any harm. Follow through your pregnancy with the best care you can get. Don't smoke, drink or take any drugs. Eat healthy foods which include pure (non fluoride) water, lots of raw fruits and vegetables, and take pregnancy vitamin supplements.

With good fortune, and with prayer (if you are a believer in prayer), then everything will work out for the best.
