Hi sir, currently i'am facing some problems. I am in a situation to make a man as a impotent permanently. He is 63 years old and a heart patient as well, he did his by-pass operation since 9 years ago and he has diabetics which is type 2 and high blood pressure as well. So what are the ways that i should follow to make him impotent permanently?
