Can Very Frequent Urge To Urinate On Visiting A Particular Place An Indication Of Allergy Or A Psychological Issue?

Hello, whenever I go to my friend's house I begin feeling a strong urge to urinate after about half an hour, I'll go to the bathroom, urinate and walk back into the living room only to feel the same urge again in 5 minutes. From then on the urge doesn't go away and I am unable to urinate. I have only experienced this in this one building and I have no doubt it is related to the building because I have experienced this only at his house, and every time I go to his house. I find this very perplexing and think it could be an allergy or maybe a psychological issue. Thank you.
