Can Visalus Shake Can Make You Dizzy Or Lightheaded?

Hi, I am woundering if the visalus shake can make you dizzy/lightheaded it is a meal suppliment at 220 calories a shake twice a day with a balanced supper and healthy snaks. today i fely like I would pass out I am thinking it was my blood sugar. I ate two shakes, a apple, two cups of buutter free popcorn, I felt dizzy than ate two small slices of rye bread with peanut butter and two treat sized bars took my blood sugar level 45 mins later and it was 6.9

No food or diet supplement could cause the dizziness or lightheaded unless you are having diabetes else this is not the food that could cause such symptoms if this is so then the reason of these could be something else, hope this information helps, take care.
