hello doctor this is madhu i had white patches on my lower lip. when i was consulted one dermatology doctor what he said you had a problem with vertigo reason of peeling layer . so my question is this curable or nt. now i am using homeopathy.is there any skin treatment for instance reduce

Hi,
Vitiligo is a curable disease,but it can relapse. And vitiligo on lips,palms and soles is resistant to treatment.
On lip, you may apply tacrolimus oint. 0.1% thrice a day for long time,till you get good result.
You may take trioxsalen 25 mg tab daily in the morn for few years.
