I ve been suffering for months with this pain around my rib cage when I lay down. I wake up in agony and have to sleep the rest of the night on the couch sitting up. I ve also been struggle with fatigue and weakness, finally got in with the right dr who ran tests. Walking Pneumonia . I don t have a cough though. I asked if the pain in my ribs was caused by it and would it go away with the Pneumonia, she said it may not be the cause, but what else could it be????????
