Urologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM.
from the symptoms described by you, it appears like you may be having a urinary tract infection.you must see a doctor/ urologist, who would advise urine routine and culture test, with blood sugar, kidney function tests and an ultrasound of abdomen and pelvis. depending on the reports, further treatment will be advised. the symptoms are curable with proper treatment.
wish you a speedy recovery.
