I was wearing a tight jeans since the starting of classes,my waist was 25 that time skinny yes,not until I gain weight I experience pressure on my legs and become painful I ignore it thinking it s because of sitting for a long time One night I was in cr and I notice a scar a slice of car in my legs which is not only one The color was violet I was too worried that time but I m thinking maybe this will fade fast,but months already,the scar is still there on my legs So I was in a conclusion if wearing tight jeans can caused stretch marks? Is the line on my skin will fade without leaving a stretch marks?so alarming for me
Avoid wearing tight jeans. Tight jeans can cause undue pressure on the veins of the legs that may cause veins to appear red, violet, blue, etc. Presently, you can apply ointment Thrombophob on the area affected. It will help to disperse any blood clots on or below the skin. Support compression stocking are helpful.
Wearing support hose helps to maintain gentle pressure that prevents pooling of blood in the veins and also helps to prevent swelling of the legs. Avoid taking extra salt and cut on salty snacks to prevent water retention. If obese lose weight and avoid sedentary lifestyle so that there will be proper circulation. Exercise regularly. Keep your legs elevated on a chair when seated and on a pillow when on bed.
Avoid wearing high heels. Enjoy spicy diet, spices help better circulation. Do not sit or stand for long periods of time. Get clinically examined by a GP if it persists. You may require other treatment like sclerotherapy or laser and light therapy.
