Dear Sir/Madam, I thank you for having faith in Health Care magic and for seeking help on your issue; I have gone through your symptoms, and in my opinion, he will benefit from weight reduction and any corrective surgery will only be usefull if his knee joints are in good condition. moreover if they are not so then also he may require a knee replacement in future. I hope I have been able to provide you with a satisfactory solution, if you want to clear any doubts about my opinion, feel free to contact. Special note- Any medication prescribed needs to be taken after consultation with your personal doctor only. Thanks Dr. Narender Saini
