Can Weird Cramping In The Lower Abdomen After Missed Periods And Pubic Pain Upon Lying On Stomach Indicate Pregnancy?

Hi I'm Nicole, well to start off my cycles are irregular but for the past 3 months they have been normal. I was due for a period on the 20th and it hasn't shown up yet. With my first two kids i tested positive with home hpt's before my missed periods and my tender breast always gave it away. This cycle i tested 3 times and all negative the only symptom I have is the weird cramping in my lower abdomen and I can't lay on my stomach because I'll get a pain near my public region not to mention the 3 dreams i had of being pregnant. Could i still be pregnant?

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The weird cramping and pubic pain that you have can be related to pregnancy. But this is not confirmatory of pregnancy. test your urine for confirmation.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
