I have gone through your query. From your symptoms, you are suffering from skin infection and most probably Fungal Infection. From frequent scratching and infection, white patches formed. You have to start a triple action ointment for local application. Keep the affected area clean and dry. After treatment normal skin colour will come back. No need to worry.
